Now that you have recruited a few new affiliates for your program, you need to build on these relationships. Remember to stay in touch… contact them on a regular basis. This could be a quick email to check if they need anything, sending them a marketing calendar for Q4, or meeting up with them at a convention.
Most importantly,… make sure your communication is of value. If you demonstrate genuine interest in helping them build and grow, and aren’t just spamming their inbox, they will actually pay attention to what you have to say.
Remember, Affiliate is about partnerships… share information and be open to new ideas that they present… you’re in it together, so get to know your co-pilot.
